I found this program at a time in my life where I was feeling lost, like I was in that weird in-between space of my life where I was no longer the person I was but not yet the person I was becoming. If you feel like you are in a season of change in your life, where you're not sure what your next right step should be, then I highly recommend this program for you. It is not prescriptive in telling you that you have to, but it provides all of the necessary tools to help you figure out the Next Right Step for you in this season of your life.

For me it was about the importance of creating the space to have dedicated time to invest in my own personal development in a way that felt safe. I have seen a lot of leadership courses out there, but they all seemed to lack that human element. The way TNRS was curated made the content feel accessible and for the first time I had ever seen it, framed leadership in a way that brought it back to self. It's not only the content which was truly invaluable but the COMMUNITY. I felt for the first time like I wasn't alone, I felt seen and understood. The struggles, the challenges, the little victories which usually feel not worthy of celebrating; there was an entire community who were right there with me on this journey. It was such a transformational experience.
